The Product Owner is fully responsible for the successful run- and change-the-bank management of the groupwide used CMT (Sirion Labs) and reports functionally to Head of Procurement Services and to the Business Sponsor. Close cooperation with the two defined Business Managers in Bank Head office needs to be ensured.

Náplň práce

Successful means:

  • Usage of CMT of all units for relevant/agreed processes with acceptable quality
  • Necessary developments/Change Requests will be delivered within the approved time and quality
  • Any issue in run-the-bank will be solved in close cooperation with the supplier Sirion Labs in time
  • KPIs regarding quality and CMT-usage will be tracked and managed to be within acceptable level
  • Budget for run- and change-the-bank will be managed to be within planned limits, incl. managing yearly budgeting process with all units
  • Is responsible for orchestration of all CMT-related processes (documentation, updates, communication etc.)
  • Is responsible for collecting, documentation and prioritization of new demands/CRs including testing
  • Manages roll-out of new features and functions by considering potential demand-deviations of single units
  • Cooperates with SPOCs in all units to ensure high level of CMT-know-how
  • Leads training and data quality initiatives and needs to get an CMT-SME 
  • Manages the approved budget, scope and time plan by defining, setting up and using the required management instruments (Issue- and Risk Management, Controlling and Reporting, Communication and Decision Management, etc.)
  • Manages Stakeholders (NWB-CPOs and -SPOCs, Management of interfaced units, External Solution Providers, etc.)
  • Consults the Business Sponsor (B-1) for arising escalations/decisions
  • Has the authority and responsibility to take decisions within these boundaries in alignment with the Business Managers and Business Sponsor
  • Responsible for searching/identifying for any potential improvements of tool, related procurement processes and efficiency-improvements and driving for updates and adaption

Požiadavky zamestnania

SKILLS: 

  • Track-record including successful management of Projects m EUR 3 - 5 (1.500 - 2.500 MD)
  • Knowledge about Procurement processes (e.g. Purchase to Pay, Contract Management)
  • Stakeholder Management at level Head of Department/B-1
  • PMI certificate or comparable
  • Languages: English FLUENT is necessary

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Track-record including successful management of Projects 7-15 FTEs (VIRTUAL PROJECT TEAMS)
  • Knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation, IFRS 16, SRB, Outsourcing
  • Knowledge about Cloud based Solutions and integration in existing enterprise IT landscape
  • Knowledge about Data Migration
