In that case we have an exciting challenge for you within international start-up environment, where you would be responsible for end-to-end process localisation within different countries. Position is located in Bratislava.

Do you have profound experience in Localisation management? Did you work with translation/content management systems? Are you technically skilled as well as highly organised and communicative? In that case we have an exciting challenge for you within international start-up environment, where you would be responsible for end-to-end process localisation within different countries. Position is located in Bratislava.

Manage localization projects end-to-end, working closely with language specialists, internal business partners, external vendors and other stakeholders Develop project plans and workflows (manage time, budget, resources and quality control) Create and maintain localization process documents Create roadmaps, coordinate teammates and provide regular reporting Conduct meetings and workshops regarding your findings Resolve questions or conflicts related to terminology, language quality and workflow Create and analyze reports of localization data to identify patterns and derive insights Identify and communicate project risks Define use cases for automation features and conduct testing Maintain functionalities of cross-team processes, such as rules and algorithms to randomize quality checks Manage and drive improvement of TER-based metrics Manage and drive improvement of customer-facing quotation workflows

Požiadavky zamestnania

3+ years of experience as a localization program manager (or a similar role) University degree Experience in reporting tools like Tableau or QuickSight is welcome Proficient Excel (logical functions, VLOOKUP etc.) English on an active level Demonstrated experience with in-house or third party translation management and content management systems (incl. translation memory and terminology database management) Demonstrated experience in developing and creating new processes, tools, and infrastructure Program management/Business analysis software experience Large-scale business programs experience Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work on different projects simultaneously Superior written and communication skills
