You will be responsible for managing, supporting & optimizing the utilization of Business Applications, mainly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system. Collaborating with IT & Business units to analyze, implement, and improve application processes.

As well as collaborating with Business stakeholders and external partners on a local & an international level.

This position is suitable for a candidate with a solid understanding of software integration, data management & system operation/ workflows.

Náplň práce

Key responsibilities:

Managing, maintaining & optimizing core business applications, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI
Providing technical & functional support to key users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Creating project plants and roadmaps, cooperation with external vendors
Maintaining process and policy documentation
Developing data models & dashboards for reporting
Acting as a strategic partner to business units and senior management
Managing the implementation & transformation projects related to core business applications, including aligning requirements with business units
Ensuring IT Compliance, following Security Best Practises & regulatory requirements.

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience:

Min. 2+ years experience in IT Business Consulting & Business Application Support environment
Familiar with ERP systems - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Power BI
Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to analyze business requirements & translate them into technical solutions
