Working mode: One shift operation
Minimum level of education: University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization: Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst, preferably in banking, cards or payments.
Location: Bratislava/ hybrid

Offered salary: Min. 2500€/ gross monthly+ fix allowances twice a year + yearly bonus.

Náplň práce

Employ advanced statistical and analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets.
Extract meaningful insights from raw data and transform them into actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex analyses into actionable business insights.
Identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes, analytical methodologies, and reporting mechanisms.
Propose solutions and strategies in the field of data science and business intelligence.
Work closely with teams across departments, including marketing, finance, operations, and IT
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize various business functions.
Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Plan and prioritize feature backlog and development activities.
Empower decision-makers with relevant, timely, and accurate information through insightful data visualizations and reports.
Develop and implement predictive models to anticipate market trends, customer behaviors, and business performance.
Provide forecasting models that support strategic planning and resource allocation.

Požiadavky zamestnania

A solid understanding of machine learning and operations research, and in context of card transactions is a plus.
Familiarity with Python, Scala, Java, or C++ is a bonus.
Experience with business intelligence tools and data frameworks.
Product or project development.
Facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques is nice to have.
Very good working knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
