Would you like to oversee capital investments & long-term assets with on-site presence?

Join us and take on a key role shaping an investment project & build the organization, commission the facilities, and subsequently manage the site you developed. 

You will be responsible for the engineering, construction, commissioning, and ramp-up of sophisticated production facilities. Cooperating with  internal and external partners.     

This position is suitable for a candidate at a senior level with experience in brownfield environments and in the preparation or management of a production site.

Náplň práce

Key responsibilities: 

  • End-to-end responsibility for the planning, coordination, and successful execution of the CapEx program regarding scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and risk management.
  • Leadership of key workstreams: project management, process engineering, utilities/infrastructure, permitting and EHS, construction, and commissioning.
  • Management of EPCM partners, planners, suppliers, and contractors, while ensuring clear lines of responsibility and effective change control management.
  • Support in implementing the permitting strategy, coordinating matters with authorities.  
  • Planning and provision of site infrastructure, including energy supply, cooling, process water, wastewater, compressed air, and fire-fighting water systems.
  • Ensuring operational readiness by establishing the operational organization, defining key roles and competencies, implementing SOPs, developing maintenance strategies, setting up spare parts management, and planning qualification and handover to operations; leading commissioning, performance tests, ramp-up, and formal handover to operations.
  • Following successful project implementation, you will assume leadership of the site and bear overall responsibility.  

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience:

  • Min. 5+ years of experience in a similar role in chemical, energy or industrial environment
  • Complex CAPEX projects leadership
  • Familiar with project control, contract and change management, process safety, and regulatory approval processes
  • Combined experience in strategic planning & operational, technical accountability
  • Result-driven mindset
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English language (B2)
