Are you an Executive HR Leader interested in overseeing HR functions across multiple countries?

You will be responsible leading an HR Operation, collaborating with stakeholders, TOP Management on a local & international level. 

This position is suitable for a senior-level candidate with strong leadership skills & hands-on HR Operation expertise.

Náplň práce

  • Developing & executing the Group’s HR strategy, aligned with company business Goals
  • Leading the indicatives related to Group expansion (e.g. acquisitions) & Change Management initiatives 
  • Overseeing HR functions across multiple countries & leading the internal HR team 
  • Responsible for HR processes & HR functions across the Group, understanding the diversity of Cultural concepts within the international teams
  • Acting as a "HR Brand Ambassador" and supporting Employer Branding initiatives to attract Top Talent on the Job Market 
  • Ensuring Compliance with Labor laws, Internal policies & HR Governance standards

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience

  • Min. 5+ years of experience in the HR field at a strategic & leadership role   
  • Experience in organizational and personnel development
  • Project management & ability drive vision from concept to execution
  • English, Slovak & Hungarian language/ fluent
