Mzda 54K a year/ depends on seniority and experiences

You accompany and support client customers with the introduction of new IT solutions. You will specifically deal with the client's requests and communicate to them new features and functionalities in order to get 100% from the application.

Náplň práce

You accompany and support our customers with the introduction of new IT solutions
You are in direct contact with the clients of our systems and answer their questions
You process enquiries both by telephone and by e-mail and respond to the needs of the clients, optionally you are part of our training team and support the onboarding of new clients
You solve enquiries and problems yourself or communicate them clearly to our development team
You support our clients in the use of new and existing applications and maintain the internal reference works, create documents and coordinate content with our customers
You enjoy helping to shape and professionalise processes

Požiadavky zamestnania

You have already gained experience in customer contact, e.g. by working in product support or in a training team (introduction/support of IT systems)

You are communicative, always curious with an a inity for IT products and can work both independently and in a team

You enjoy understanding our IT products and explaining them to clients as well as communicating feedback to our tech team

You have a good command of English and German to communicate e ectively with customers and the team

A passion for tech, interest in and ideally even experience working with traditional customers (cities, trade unions, associations, foundations, etc.) round off your profile
