Join our Commercial team, managing our product portfolio and analyzing business data, driving growth for our core product.

You will be responsible for creating product and business strategies, and launching new initiatives, loyalty programs across the CEE region. Collaboration with key internal and external partners.

Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities
Enhancing existing Product portfolio
Launching & managing cashback initiatives, consumer campaigns
Negotiating terms and conditions based on customer segmentation, etc.
Defining, tracking KPIs and key metrics
Leading the entire project management cycle, from concept proposals to execution
Cooperation with business & operation units, key stakeholders
Aligning customer needs with the company's business goals

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience:

Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role with Digital & e-commerce products
Project implementation experience
Familiar with Product data & business analyses, pricing
Ability to translate data into measurable business outcomes

Tech Stack:

Power BI
Project Management tools, e.g. Monday
CRM programs
