We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Business Development Manager for Hungary (Air Freight). The successful candidate should have a hunter mentality – proactive, energetic and hungry to win. She/he should be fluent in Hungarian, confident, well-connected in the Hungarian freight market and ready to turn relationships into business. 

 

Náplň práce

  • Win new customers and business in the Hungarian market.
  • Sell Air Freight, On-Board Courier, Charter & Express Road solutions.
  • Build your own customer & partner portfolio and grow the market.
  • Lead negotiations and create tailor-made solutions.
  • Work closely with our operations team and management.
  • Regular monthly attendance at work meetings in Bratislava

Požiadavky zamestnania

  • 3+ year of sales experience in Air Freight / Freight Forwarding.
  • Strong understanding of air cargo and logistics.
  • Existing Hungarian customers portfolio is a big plus.
  • Hunter mentality – proactive, energetic and hungry to win.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hungarian + English.
  • Driver's licence and willingness to travel.
  • Independent, flexible and commercially minded.
