For our client, a global company, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager for Industrial Projects.

Náplň práce

  • Lead the Equipment & Packages Engineering work package, covering Balance of Plant (BoP), Water Steam Cycle systems and selected Flue Gas Treatment components.
  • Coordinate and prepare engineering documentation for internal stakeholders (procurement, construction) and external partners (clients, consortium partners, subcontractors).
  • Take full ownership of engineering deliverables and purchasing packages, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team (Mechanical, Process and Layout Engineers), ensuring the technical integrity and functionality of the assigned scope.
  • Conduct supplier negotiations, monitor progress, allocate resources and ensure effective collaboration across international teams and project stakeholders.
  • Drive the successful achievement of sub-project objectives in terms of schedule, quality, technical performance and financial results.

Požiadavky zamestnania

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within industrial or engineering environments.
  • Strong mechanical and process engineering knowledge; experience in industrial plant construction or EPC projects is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, resilience and ability to perform in a dynamic project environment.
  • Fluent English is required; German or additional languages are considered an advantage.
