We are looking for an experienced ERP professional with a strong background in Supply Chain processes to support the global rollout across multiple international entities.

Náplň práce

  • Coordinate the rollout of the global IFS Cloud template within the Supply Chain domain across multiple local entities.
  • Analyze existing (AS-IS) processes and align them with the global (TO-BE) template.
  • Configure and adapt the ERP solution within the defined global standards.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Design, test, and ensure proper integration between ERP and other business systems.
  • Lead data migration activities, support cutover planning, and ensure successful go-live execution.
  • Deliver user training, support system adoption, and resolve post-go-live issues
  • Collect user feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the ERP solution.

Požiadavky zamestnania

  • 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Strong understanding of business processes, change management, and process mapping. 
  • Hands-on experience with ERP system transformation projects; knowledge of IFS ERP is an advantage. 
  • Expertise in procurement lifecycle, vendor management, and inventory control. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and willingness to travel.
