We are looking for an experienced ERP Deployment specialist to drive the implementation of a global ERP solution within the Supply Chain domain, with a primary focus on Logistics and Warehousing. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of ERP deployments, leading the planning, coordination, and execution of all project phases while ensuring seamless business adoption across multiple entities.

Náplň práce

  • Lead the rollout of the global ERP solution within the Supply Chain domain, with a primary focus on Logistics and Warehousing, across multiple international entities.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating logistics and warehouse processes into ERP system design, configuration, and standardized global solutions.
  • Ensure end-to-end process consistency by overseeing ERP configuration, system integrations, testing, data migration, and data validation to support reliable business operations.
  • Support ERP deployment across business entities, including user training, documentation, change management, go-live activities, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement of logistics and warehousing processes, monitor ERP performance, and act as the key contact for system optimization, enhancements, and future ERP upgrades.

Požiadavky zamestnania

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics and Warehousing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP system implementations or transformations; knowledge of IFS ERP is an advantage.
  • Experience with business process analysis, process mapping, system configuration, testing, data migration, user training, and change management is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively during ERP deployments and go-live activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
