We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to take responsibility for the company’s financial management and to actively contribute to its operational and strategic success. This position plays a central role in ensuring financial stability, transparency, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Náplň práce

  • Leading and coordinating all core financial processes and ensuring their effective execution across the organization.
  • Taking ownership of monthly closing activities and financial reporting in cooperation with external accounting partners.
  • Developing, preparing, and presenting financial analyses and reports to support management decision-making.
  • Acting as a financial partner to operational and commercial teams by evaluating performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Managing, guiding, and developing members of the finance team to maintain high standards of efficiency and professionalism.
  • Monitoring cost structures, pricing models, and financial results in comparison with business plans, and providing clear recommendations.
  • Overseeing cash flow planning and liquidity management to ensure optimal use of financial resources.
  • Maintaining compliance with internal policies, group guidelines, and legal requirements, while coordinating audits and managing financial risk.

Požiadavky zamestnania

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable discipline.
  • Minimum of five years’ professional experience within finance, controlling, or broader financial management positions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes, interpret data effectively, and improve financial and operational processes.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to cooperate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced user knowledge of MS Excel and standard office applications.
  • Practical and in-depth experience working with SAP.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • English language - advanced C1
  • Analytical thinking
