Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Compensation Governance Specialist to design and implement competitive reward strategies across regions.
The ideal candidate brings strong C&B expertise, proven experience with Mercer or Hay job evaluation, and the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
This role partners closely with global HR and business leaders to ensure consistent, fair, and performance-driven compensation governance.

Náplň práce

  • Reward Strategy & Governance – Design and implement global compensation policies and frameworks, identifying gaps proactively while simplifying complexity through automation and robust governance.
  • Annual Cycle Excellence – Orchestrate worldwide compensation reviews, bonus distributions, and incentive programs, managing everything from strategic design to practical execution tools.
  • Data-Driven Insights – Deliver sophisticated analytics and executive dashboards, reconciling complex data to illuminate compensation competitiveness and strategic opportunities.
  • Job Architecture Leadership – Maintain integrity of global job evaluation methodology as subject matter expert, guiding HR partners and executives through organizational design challenges.
  • Stakeholder Partnership – Drive reward initiatives by influencing cross-functional teams, providing expert consultation and developing capability-building programs for HR and management.

Požiadavky zamestnania

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years C&B experience with substantial global/regional CoE involvement. 
  • Proven success in dynamic, high-growth environments with evolving systems.
  • Comprehensive compensation expertise including job evaluation mastery (Mercer IPE experience valuable) and track record leading transformational reward projects.
  • Exceptional analytical rigor with process improvement focus; advanced Excel capabilities and resilience in manual data environments when necessary.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities; professional English proficiency essential.
