The Head of Enterprise Applications (IFS) holds a strong focus on IFS ERP. The role is responsible for driving the evolution, consolidation, and alignment of the application landscape with the future group ERP model, combining ERP expertise, people leadership, and close collaboration with business and global IT stakeholders.

Náplň práce

  • Define and execute the regional enterprise applications strategy, including rationalisation and consolidation of existing systems.

  • Maintain a transparent overview of the application portfolio and actively reduce complexity and redundancy.

  • Prepare regional business entities for a future ERP implementation based on IFS Cloud.

  • Align business processes, data structures, and integrations with global standards and target architecture.

  • Collaborate closely with global ERP leadership to define and establish the regional rollout approach.

  • Own the full lifecycle management of enterprise applications, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.

  • Provide direction and decision-making during ERP-related projects, upgrades, and enhancements.

  • Lead and develop the regional enterprise applications team and integrate it into group-wide delivery and support models.

Požiadavky zamestnania

  • Proven experience delivering ERP implementations or major ERP transformations in international or multi-site environments.

  • Hands-on exposure to IFS Cloud or earlier versions of IFS Applications in a business-critical context.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration landscapes including ERP, CRM, MES, PLM, or EAM systems.

  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate technical complexity into practical outcomes.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT functions.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and initiatives in parallel.
