We are looking for an experienced and reliable Health and Safety Manager who will join our client´s team in the manufacturing company. A successful candidate should have strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Náplň práce

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with legal and corporate standards
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
  • Lead training programs and awareness campaigns to promote safe work practices
  • Monitor environmental impact and ensure compliance with sustainability goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE into daily operations
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety performance and environmental stewardship

Požiadavky zamestnania

  • Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations
  • Fluent English language - writng and speaking
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Certification in ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or equivalent is a plus
  • The advantage of the Hungarian language
