For our client - multinational manufacturing-trading company (FMCG, non-food), we are looking for an experienced a Key Account Manager FMCG.

Náplň práce

  • Responsibility for customer’s meetings, business objectives, sales plans, financial results and receivables of customers in allocated segment
  • Cooperation in the creation/development of the sales strategy in the assigned segment
  • Building and maintaining business relationships with selected key customers
  • Identification of potential key customers in the allocated market and their acquisition
  • Monitoring of competition activities, market situation and market analysis
  • Increasing the mill brand as well as private label share, visibility, and sales of the company's product portfolio
  • Working on business cases from price calculation to realization
  • Preparation of price calculations and negotiation of contractual conditions
  • Support and cooperation with other departments in the development of new products
  • Responsibility for creation of regular and promotional sales forecast

Požiadavky zamestnania

  • Previous working experience of at least 2 years in a sales position within a complex and fast-paced business environment. Previous experience in FMCG.
  • Good communication skills, knowledge of negotiations techniques and ability to apply them in practice with customers
  • Decision-making: able to identify, judge and calculate risks. Understands impact and implications of decisions made
  • Results-orientation and resilience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on and proactive approach
  • Ability to establish and maintain a long-term relationship with clients
  • Good knowledge of the retail landscape s advantage
  • Basic understanding of statistics
  • English fluent (B2), Hungarian advantage
  • Driver`s license (B)
  • Microsoft Office applications knowledge – advanced
