For our client we are looking for an experienced Project Administrator.
We are looking for a positive person who will report directly to and will work under the general supervision and direction of Director Enterprise Interoperability and will perform the tasks described below:
Whitin the agreed job title, the key tasks and/or responsibilities of the employee (brief job description) are:
Securing work agenda for projects
Business correspondence of the company office
Preparing of business trips, organization of business trips
Coordinating, preparation and administration of project documents
Participating of text corrections and revisions
Coordinating and cooperation with business teams
In case of on-call time perform the tasks of manager
Managing of daily orders for kitchen and office appliances
Reimbursing of office and kitchen buys in company ordering software
Managing the wellness and social budget for office members
Reception tasks
Standard Director assistant tasks (calendar management)
Welcome all our visitors and clients and direct them appropriately
Responsibility for handling all possible HEALTH restrictions (such as pandemic, etc…) for office based on Governmental requirements
This role requires daily office presence and does not require travel outside of the office location
Education level at least secondary school graduation
Experience in a similar position is welcome
English language – B2 communicative level
