Would you like to work as a Financial & Business Consultant? 

Join our dynamic team and cooperate closely with the Board of Directors in overseeing the Real estate portfolio assessment process related to international projects.

This position is suitable for candidate at a junior/ medior level with experience in providing efficient financial reporting & financial controlling, managing CAPEX and OPEX.

Náplň práce


Key responsibilities:

  • Managing capital (CAPEX), operating (OPEX) expenditures & OPEX agenda at local/group level 
  • Supervising Real estate portfolio assessment process & Annual Budgeting with Accounting, Tax, and Corporate Finance teams
  • Preparation of Financial Feasibility Studies (FFS) for income-generating projects & new developments  
  • Providing ad-hoc forecasting/ad-hoc reporting including Acquisition support
  • Preparation of Group Business Plan & financial analyses
  • Evaluation of financial results 
  • Setting KPIs & Leasing plan preparation
  • Providing assistance & regular reporting to senior stakeholders, the Board of Directors. 

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience

  • Strong analytical skills & experience with data processing/ data interpretation
  • Strategic thinking
  • Business acumen with the ability to prepare Business strategy & Business plan
  • Strong problem-solving, communication & presentation skills
  • English language/ Upper-intermediate B2


Nice to have:

  • Background in finance, controlling, reporting, banking & real estate
  • Experience with financial systems/tools.
