Join our international team and work closely with the Board of Directors, overseeing Portfolio valuations related to various Real estate projects.

This position is suitable for a medior level candidate with experience in providing efficient Financial controlling & Financial reporting, managing CAPEX and OPEX.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Financial Feasibility Studies for new developments & income-generating projects
  • Managing independent Portfolio valuation process & Annual Budgeting
  • Providing ad-hoc Forecasting/ ad-hoc reporting including Acquisition support
  • Setting KPIs & Leasing plan preparation
  • Managing OPEX agenda at local & group level  
  • Providing assistance to senior stakeholders related to financial reporting & Group Business Plan, Annual Budgeting  
  • Collaboration with Accounting, Tax, and Corporate Finance teams
  • Regular reporting and preparation of financial analyses & financial results for the Board of Directors.
