Are you a Geospatial Data Manager interested minaintaining, organizing, and managing geospatial datasets and metadata? If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
You will be responsible for supporting geospatial environments hosted in cloud platforms and on-premises servers & monitoring and maintaining spatial data integrity, consistency, and version control.

Key Responsibilities:
Geospatial Data Management:
- Maintain, organize, and manage geospatial datasets and metadata.
- Support data ingestion, transformation, validation, and quality assurance processes.
- Develop and maintain geodatabases and spatial data repositories.
- Monitor and maintain spatial data integrity, consistency, and version control.
- Coordinate data backups and archival procedures.
- Maintain documentation for geospatial datasets, workflows, and system configurations.
- Support data governance and compliance with organizational GIS standards.
Cloud and On-Premises GIS Administration Support:
- Support geospatial environments hosted in cloud platforms and on-premises servers. (Regular backups, up to date documentation, system improvement, obsolescence management, etc.)
- Coordinate with Geospatial IT personnel to maintain secure GIS operations.
- Assist with deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GIS services and applications.
Spatial Analysis Support:
- Perform basic spatial analysis using GIS software and scripting tools.
- Create maps and visualizations to support operational and business needs.
- Conduct spatial queries, overlays, buffering, proximity analysis, and data summarization.
- Support data preparation for modelling, reporting, and decisionmaking activities.
- Assist in generating standard GIS products and analytical outputs.
Collaboration and Support:
- Participate in project meetings and provide status updates.
- Support documentation on all levels.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers and engineers.
- Recommend improvements to geospatial workflows, data management practices, and system efficiency.
- Integrate into an international team of geospatial experts.
