Are you an experienced Head of Audit interested to join a company with a global outreach? 

We are specialized in delivering a wide range of contemporary design interior's for commercial & residential buildings. 

You will be responsible for leading a team of Auditors & managing the Internal Audit agenda with an international scope.   

This position is suitable for a candidate at senior level experienced in leading a high-performing team & collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Náplň práce

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the internal company Audits are conducted as per the Audit plan in a timely manner 
  • Conducting comprehensive Risk Assessments & identifying potential areas of risks for the company with international scope   
  • Leading the Audit team & assigning team members to conducts required audits 
  • Providing Audit Advisory on risk mitigation strategies and improvements related to internal control mechanism
  • Defining and executing Audit strategies, driving a culture of excellence within the company related to company’s M&A activities
  • Focusing on Business Process improvement in compliance with the existing policies
  • Maintaining effective communication & collaboration between the Audit team and Business units
  • Reporting to TOP Management on a regular basis regarding Audit Plan & Audit results, recommendations & suggestions.  

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience

  • Min. 7 years of experience in Auditing, Risk Management or related fields  
  • Familiar & certified: ACCA, CIA, CISA or CIMA 
  • Strategic planning with focus on delivery
  • Analytical & Problem-solving skills set 
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills 


Other Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s license / due to the requirement travelling for Business trips 4 days/ per week
