Are you a business-oriented HR Manager who enjoys partnering with the business to drive organisational success?

Join us and play a key role in leading the local HR function for a technology manufacturing business, working closely with local management, Group HR and authorities.

You will provide both strategic and operational HR leadership, supporting business transformation, ensuring compliant HR operations, and helping shape a high-performing organisation.

This position is suitable for a candidate at a senior level.

Náplň práce

Key responsibilities: 

  • Translate business objectives into local HR priorities, workforce plans and organisational development initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the local HR team, ensuring accountability and effective HR service delivery.
  • Advise managers on leadership, employee engagement, performance, talent retention and organisational change.
  • Lead employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes, absence management and collective bargaining activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish labour legislation, employment practices and internal HR policies.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, recruitment and organisational development.
  • Collaborate with Group HR on talent, performance, leadership development, reward, mobility, HR systems and reporting.

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience:

  • Min. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Knowledge of Spanish Labour law
  • Fluent in Spanish (C1) and English language (B2)
