As part of the company’s digital transformation, we had launched a major program to rationalize and modernize its IT infrastructures through a large-scale private cloud migration while restructuring and consolidating existing IT operations to create a global organization. 

Job description and key responsibilities

Job purpose

The candidate will be part of CEE Infra Team, and will work Onsite (Troubleshooting, Infrastructure, AD…)

Reporting lines and interactions:

Reports to:  Head of Infrastructure & Operations CEE with a dotted reporting line to the Director of IT – Slovakia

Key interactions:

Internally: Infrastructure Team, IT Application Owners & Support Teams, Global Operation Centers Department Managers. Application Managers, ITEC Managers, IT BUs Managers

Externally: IT Providers (Cloud Infrastructure, Managed Services,), 3rd party support teams and software suppliers

Náplň práce

is responsible to deliver quality infrastructure services in Bratislava office, for all business lines.

The main responsibilities of IT administrator are:

  • Be single point of contact for any Infrastructure topic i
  • Manage all IT environment including Service Desk operation, asset management, contracts
  • Responsible for the 1st line support service including business app availability, reported client issues form customer services,employee issues, trouble shooting for the issues
  • Follow-up Infrastructure and IT Operation SLAs and important monitoring alerts
  • Understand Local Business Unit’s strategy, roadmaps, requirements
  • Translate these Business Unit’s requirements into Infrastructure request, projects, and transformations
  • Contribute to Infrastructure global projects deployment in BU with a specific focus on legacy and security transformation projects.
  • Develop and publish regular dashboards and KPI’s to all BUs and GT stakeholders (Zone and Region Directors, Local IT Director, Corporate functions)
  • Cooperate closely with all other Infrastructure teams (CEE Infra Teams) and GT teams (Architecture, Front/Middle/Back Office applications, Security, PMO and Finance).
  • Continuously propose service improvements and new functionalities

Požiadavky zamestnania



  • At least 3 years of experience from 1st line support
  • Experience of both internal support for employees (managing incidents, the operating systems and related issues) and external support for client issues.
  • Jira On Cloud experience and ITIL foundation certification are desirable and considered a plus
  • 3rd party & Tech. vendor management
  • Great intellectual agility and ability to deal with multiple topics in parallel
  • Rigor in organization, formalization, and planning
  • Strong appetite in service delivery and End User eXperience
  • End user communication
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship ability
  • Humor and patience
  • Appetites for digital and technology
  • Fluent in English
