Are you a IT Transition & Assurance Manager interested in working within large-scale, multi-domain environments in a military contexts?

You will be responsible for assessing risks, develop corrective & improvement plans.

This position is suitable for a medior-level candidate experienced in Service Management in a medium-to-large organisation.

Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project boards, assurance teams, and quality-review meetings.
  • Maintain project files and prepare and distribute reports.
  • Advise teams on project-management software, processes, procedures, tools, and techniques.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organisational skills, technology, and processes.
  • Conduct maturity and performance assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Prioritise improvement opportunities, secure stakeholder support, and plan activities with measurable benefits.
  • Support and advise teams undertaking continual-improvement initiatives.
  • Help develop the Agency’s Service Transition strategy, plans, policies, and templates.
  • Ensure transition activities are properly planned and completed on time.
  • Provide Transition Planning and Support guidance to programmes and projects.
  • Review project proposals to ensure they include appropriate transition activities.
  • Support the Senior Transition and Assurance Manager and deputise for senior management when required.

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience

  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Familar with Service Transition Management, ACO (Allied Command Operations) & ACT (Allied Command Transformation) 
  • ITIL 
  • PRINCE2 
  • Valid Security Clearance required - NATO Secret
