You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing deals (acquisitions, mergers, partnerships) to drive a company's growth & emerge into new markets. 

This position is suitable for a candidate at a medior level, with an understanding of Market-leading software business principles & software companies' setup.

Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building & maintaining relationships (Business Development & Client Relationship) with C-suite executives, investors, software company owners
  • Conducting Market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends & potential customers, and their specific needs
  • Evaluating & qualifying strategic investment, acquisition, merger opportunities - M&A / VC/ PE deal sourcing 
  • Preparing proposals & strategies to reach defined goals, KPIs that meet the company's investment criteria
  • Developing a pipeline of potential Leads & leveraging network data
  • Negotiating & closing Deals with Business partners
  • Planing & executing outreach campaigns via various platforms
  • Attending networking, industry events, representing & promoting software solutions worldwide
  • Building long-lasting relationships with industry leaders
  • Collaborating with the Leadership team to develop and implement effective M&A / VC/ PE strategies
  • Following the Ethical Codex & company Best practices in dealing with company partners and customers.

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience

  • Min. 3 years of experience in high-volume SaaS sales or with M&A / VC / PE deal sourcing
  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Customer centric approach
  • Strategic planning
  • Strong selling, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset   
  • English language - fluent (additional languages are an advantage)  
  • Valid Driver’s license - due to the requirement of travelling for Business trips
