Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardization, consolidation, and preparation of system documentation for the FLAGCIS (maritime deployable communication & information system modules).
  • Publish, communicate, and implement an information knowledge management (IKM) plan for operational system documentation for the FLAGCIS system to include timelines, deliverables, as well as responsibilities for drafting and approval.
  • Assist in the production, validation, and refinement of system-level and technical documentation, operating procedures, maintenance plans, technical schematics, checklists, as well as operator/technical manuals.
  • Support the coordination of documentation of infrastructure and CIS connectivity requirements to upgrade facilities for FLAGCIS
  • Monitor, record, and report progress of IKM plan fulfillment,
  • Record observations and exceptions
  • Propose alternate production plans in case of unforeseen circumstances
  • Provide advice to key stakeholders (NCIA Service Level and Service Delivery Managers, Service owners, Commander CSU, Branch Heads, Principal Technicians, MARCOM HQ personnel, and AIRBUS technicians)
  • Provide support to FLAGCIS validation and integration Technician as required

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in creation, planning and management of Information and Knowledge Management of Technology related artefacts
  • Expert knowledge of MSOffice suite
  • Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation and user guides 
  • Valid Security Clearance required
