We are looking for a People Manager to take care of all the Human Resources needs in Kosice office. There are just over half of all of the Company’s employees based in Kosice, so this role is a key part of the HR team.
The Head of People is based in London so this person must be comfortable with a remote Manager. This is a generalist role cover all aspects of the HR function but will also have support from an administration assistant where necessary.
This role has the opportunity to be office based in Kosice or hybrid.

Náplň práce

  • Employee relations; main point of contact for Slovakia employees, answering queries and general advice
  • Recruitment and talent management; all aspects of the recruitment process in Slovakia including advertising, agency engagement, liaising with managers from all areas of the business and cost control and reporting on activity
  • Updating of Company policies where necessary and keeping up to date on employment law
  • Payroll, overseeing monthly payment of salaries
  • Maintain and update HR reporting, work with reporting team
  • Service Contracts; joining new employees where appropriate
  • HR Branding
  • Industry benchmarking and market research
  • Monthly financials overview; shifts, overtime payments and recruitment costs
  • Working with the Head of People on Global Initiatives such as branding, diversity and inclusion, culture, events, and employee satisfaction
  • Trainings & Competence overview

Požiadavky zamestnania

  • Already have been working in a senior HR role
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of Slovakian employment law and policy beneficial
  • Strong recruitment skills
  • Strong time management and communication skills. Ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including business level verbal and written communication in English
  • Can do attitude, focused on meeting deadlines and on high quality deliverables
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and able to work under own initiative TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in HR managerial role
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Strong working knowledge of HR procedures
  • 5+ years in HR role
  • Strong communication in English
  • Great employee relations
