You will be responsible for producing Price Proposals and SoWs, developing documentation and planning and executing project activities

Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned CIS projects (within Service Design and Service Transition activities)
  • Produce project deliverables Price Proposals and Statements of Work (SoW) 
  • Develop solicitation documentation (RFQ, IFB) and plan and execute solicitation/competition activities in coordination with relevant Agency stakeholders.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and control project execution, including documentation reviews, testing, delivery, and related activities.
  • Act as Test, Migration, Requirements & Implementation Manager

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience

  • Min. 3 years of experience as Project Manager in CIS Projects or as Project Team Leader
  • Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience to a Master's degree.
  • Experience with NCIA and NCIA project management processes
  • Hands-on experience with applying, multidisciplnary engineering and management techniques in the acquisition of complex CIS solutions
  • Certificates: PRINCE2 and/or PMP
  • Thorough knowledge and practical experience with:
    • Microsoft Project, and/or
    • ServiceNow
  • English language proficiency: STANAG 6001 Level 434
  • Valid Security Clearance required
