Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of a multi-year IT infrastructure modernisation programme within the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and project backlogs.
  • Monitor project execution, track progress against objectives, and identify risks and mitigation actions.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and management briefings.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the development of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services.
  • Apply Agile project management principles and practices to support effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate activities across technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
  • Support requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation to ensure project objectives are clearly defined.
  • Work closely with IT architecture, network, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment of project deliverables.
  • Support IT governance activities and ensure compliance with organisational and NATO policies and procedures.

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience:

  • Min. 6 years of experience managing complex IT projects.
  • Proven experience in Project Management, Product Ownership, PMO functions, or IT Governance roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure, technology transformation, or modernisation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with:
    • applying Agile principles and managing Agile delivery teams.
    • developing project plans, managing backlogs, monitoring project execution, and reporting project performance.
    • coordinating procurement activities, including the preparation of RFI and RFP documentation.
    • requirements elicitation, requirements engineering, and business analysis.
  • Knowledge of IT architecture, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Valid Security Clearance required
