Náplň práce

Key responsibilities:

Managing an existing portfolio related to Office Space Rentals
Handling the day-to-day operations of Rental properties
Implementing strategies to meet occupancy targets
Development of new Rental plans & fulfilling contracts
Responsible for solving complex Business cases related to Property Rentals
Managing Client relationships & establishing partnerships with 3rd parties/ authorities
Following the company Ethical Codex in dealing with company partners & clients
Monitoring industry trends & applying “Best practises”

Min. 3 years of experience working in a similar role in an international company
