Are you experienced Security Lead interested in modern security technologies and emergency management?

Join our team and take responsibility for the security organization at industrial sites in Germany.

You will contribute to the development and implementation of security concepts, risk assessments and emergency response procedures.

As well as working with modern surveillance and access control technologies.

This position is suitable for an experienced security professional with strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, ideally with experience in the industrial manufacturing.

Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the overall security organization at the industrial park
Developing and implementing security and emergency management concepts, including risk analyses, security assessments and emergency drills
Identifying potential security risks and supporting the implementation of appropriate preventive measures
Managing and further developing security and surveillance technologies, including video surveillance, drones and access control systems
Leading and participating in security and emergency management projects, emergency response activities
Cooperating with public authorities, security service providers and internal stakeholders.

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience:

Min. 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the security field in the area of industrial manufacturing
Solid knowledge of modern surveillance technologies, particularly camera and drone systems
Experience in project management
English (B2)
German (C1)
