Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities:

Cooperation & leading IT/Security projects
Coordinating technical resolutions within the matrix organization of the company & suppliers
Resolving issues from initial identification through coordination, escalation, and follow-up
Responsible for complex incident troubleshooting
Preparation & maintenance of technical documentation
Providing guidance & support to users and IT team members

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience:

Min. 4 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Enterprise IT infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, Networking and Cybersecurity/ Least privilege
Hungarian & English (B2)

Tech Stack/ Interface Modules:

Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra, Intune)
Active Directory (user and group policy management)
Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs) knowledge and troubleshooting
MFA, patching, endpoint protection and incident escalation
Virtualization, backup and disaster recovery
User onsite and remote support
Ricoh Smart Integration (RSI)
