Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Management & Delivery support of NIMSIC Land & Air Business Unit
  • Support of Project Managers, utilizing Tools & systems (EBA, Service Now & SharePoint)
  • Tracking financial status (OPEX & CAPEX), ACQ progress (PR to PO) using NCIA EBA & Service Now tool sets
  • Monthly reports of the financial status & process improvements and synergies to NIMSC Land & Air Business Unit, Senior Service Delivery Manager, Allied Operations & Missions Team Lead

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience


  • Min. 3 years of experience in (with NCI Agency)
  • Min. 4 years of experience in Service Managament, Customer Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of ITIL & Project Management methodology
  • Understanding of NCI Agency C2 structure and service lines
  • Hands on experience with Allied Operations and Mission processes and procedures.
  • CIS processes and procedures
  • OLA and SLA processes and procedures
  • Valid Security Clearance required
