Are you a SharePoint & Knowledge Management Administrator interested in optimizing navigation, document libraries, metadata structure in SharePoint? 

You will be responsible for reviewing SharePoint structure, permissions, and usage & for identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

This position is suitable for a medior-level candidate.

Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review SharePoint structure, permissions, and usage
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Collect and review ASO requirements
  • Redesign SharePoint pages to improve standardization, usability and user experience, using current IKM (Information Knowledge Management) best practices
  • Optimize navigation, document libraries, metadata structure, and content organization
  • Implement automated workflows and processes
  • Review and implement role-based access controls and permission structures
  • Provide technical and functional documentation for the SharePoint handover
  • Present final result to ASO steering committee
  • The contractor will be reporting to the NCIA ASO

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience

  • Min. 3 years of experience as a SharePoint & Knowledge Management Administrator or a similar role
  • Experience in SharePoint environments, UX/UI improvements within SharePoint
  • Hands-on experience with Implementing secure SharePoint environments for security-sensitive or regulated industries
  • Valid Security Clearance required
