Are you a SharePoint Technician interested in working within large-scale, multi-domain environments? 

Join us, and let's work together on maintaining, upgrading the SharePoint, gathering & analysing of business requirements at Within BGX, the BICES Support Unit (BSU).   

You will be responsible for providing 2nd & 3rd level support to NATO IS/IMS user communities.

This position is suitable for a medior-level candidate experienced in business requirements analysis, optimizing performance and browser compatibility.

Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of the BSU Chief the incumbent will maintain and upgrade the SharePoint used for the purposes of the BICES NATO HQ Element.
  • Responsible for managing the BICES services across the BICES NATO HQ Element that includes the following CIS functional areas by providing daily operational support: BGX Service Desk, Networking/Communications, Secure Voice & Video telecommunications platforms and Systems/Applications services, SharePoint, Call Manager support.
  • Providing general maintenance functions, and quality assurance, and manages customer feedback.
  • Coordinating backup and recovery operations, information assurance support, application support operation, application support testing and release management, and application support SQL design, development and maintenance.
  • Responsible for complying with the respective national requirements for working permits, visas, taxes, social security etc. whilst working on site at NATO HQ Brussels, Belgium. 

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience

  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role in SharePoint, content management systems
  • Familiar with Web site development & maintenance, testing and quality assurance
  • Valid Security Clearance required - NATO Secret
