Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the team of 15+ operators (shift schedules, production planning, etc.)
Setting priorities and manage team performance
Operational management of production and problem solving during the shift
Ensuring the fulfillment of the production plan, required quality and work safety
Training of new employees and development of team competencies
Implementation of production, process and 5S audits
Monitoring production results, reporting and communication with related departments
Actively supporting the implementation of continuous improvements.

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience:

Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role in a production environment
Familiar with Lean principles & production documentation/ production processes
ERP
SAP
