We are looking for Technical Training & Enablement Consultant
You will guide new users through the introduction of our IT solutions and deliver targeted training sessions for different user groups (end users, power users, administrators) – both on-site and online.
You will design and develop practice-oriented training materials (documentation, tutorial videos, interactive workshops) and ensure they remain up to date in our learning management system.
You will collect and analyze feedback from training sessions, derive improvement opportunities, and thereby continuously enhance the user experience.
You will work closely with our support team, assist with user inquiries when needed, and leverage insights gained to improve your training offerings.
Acting as a bridge between product, support, and end users, you will help ensure our IT solutions are successfully adopted and sustainably used in everyday operations.
Several years of experience in designing and delivering IT training, workshops or onboarding programs.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in both German and English, combined with strong didactic expertise.
Experience in creating digital learning content (e.g., e-learning modules, videos, interactive formats) and practice-oriented training documentation.
A self-driven, structured way of working with strong time management skills and a high service orientation.
Strong technical affinity and the ability to quickly grasp new software solutions; ideally complemented by experience working with public institutions and non-profit organizations (e.g., municipalities, trade unions, associations, foundations).
