Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading digital transformation initiatives across Cloud, Data, and AI
  • Managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives
  • Developing and maintaining integrated transformation roadmaps
  • Overseeing project governance, resource planning, risk management, and compliance activities
  • Collaborating with IT & business Teams, service management
  • Monitoring progress and ensuring successful adoption of transformation initiatives across the organization

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience:

  • Min. 8 years of experience leading digital transformation programmes in complex, high-security environments
  • Extensive leadership experience managing portfolios, budgets, teams, and commercial contracts
  • Strong project and programme management expertise, with experience delivering large-scale IT transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and translate business objectives into measurable outcomes
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders in multinational environments
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, data platforms, AI enablement, and enterprise transformation
  • Familiarity with IT governance, service management, and security accreditation processes (e.g. COBIT, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2/MSP desirable)
  • English/ C1
  • Valid Security Clearance required
