As a Transformation Manager, you will have a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of our strategy. You will drive transformation program and spread agile mind-set

Náplň práce


  • Manage digital transformation program within (DevSecOps, CI / CD, value stream mapping, monitoring / zabbix, AI, automation, CLOUD, zero downtime ...)
  • Manage agile transformation and implement and drive agile methodology within the company and oversee its compliance
  • Identify suitable projects and products where it is appropriate to apply agile methodology
  • He/she is a program manager for agile initiatives within (Digital, OpenAPI, change management)
  • Lead initiatives that focus on the efficiency and effectiveness of  in terms of quality, speed of delivery of products and services to the customer
  • Identify new opportunities that can streamline the quality of  services and products
  • Regularly report the progress to top management, regularly communicate with headquarters and customers
  • Work closely with the lead of PMO and Head of Operation & transformations and participate in PPC, where report the results of transformation programs
  • Ensure information flow and networking among all teams in order to achieve goals / directions
  • Build and manage transformation team - task planning, goal evaluation, training, mentoring and employee development, including the selection of new employees, their adaptation process and planning of career development of employees

Požiadavky zamestnania

Personality requirements and skills

- 5+ years of experience in agile methodology and min 3 years of experience in transformation
- Agile methodology, project management, process management
- MS office proficient
- Experience with people management
- English – on communicative level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Organized approach to work
- IT Basics in architecture, development and administration
